What is MyProID?
MyProID is a shareable professional page that brings identity, contact details, links, services and calls to action together.
Can I edit my page?
Yes. Update your information from your private area without changing your public address.
Does the QR code send my data to a third party?
In this version, the public QR code is generated locally in the browser.
Does MyProID work on mobile?
Yes. The public interface and private area are designed for mobile, tablet and desktop.
Do visitors need an account or an app?
No. A public MyProID card opens in a web browser. An account is required only for the person managing a card.
Does MyProID fingerprint visitors?
Public usage metrics do not use browser or device fingerprinting, an analytics UUID, a persistent analytics cookie or an IP-derived visitor identifier.
How are public form messages stored?
Contact, report and partner messages are wrapped in encrypted server-side storage before appearing in the administration inbox. The message record does not contain an IP address, User-Agent, browser fingerprint or visitor identifier.
Where is MyProID hosted?
The main infrastructure is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. The publisher and operations remain based in France, so hosting location alone is not presented as digital sovereignty.
Why can some contact details be revealed on demand?
A profile holder can choose to avoid placing selected contact details in the initial public HTML. They are then shown only after an explicit visitor action.
How do I report a problematic profile?
