Account holders protect access and keep their profile information accurate and lawful.
Terms of use
These terms govern access to MyProID, account and profile creation, public content, links and the main responsibilities of users and the publisher.
MyProID may limit an action or suspend access when abuse or risk is detected.
Public prices are product references; automated billing is not presented as live.
Features, limits and terms may change, with substantial changes kept visible.
What do these terms cover?
These terms apply to visitors and account/profile holders and complement the Legal notice and Privacy policy.
Additional commercial terms may be required when paid billing or specific services are actually activated.
Creation, access and account security
Users must provide reasonably accurate information, keep access credentials confidential and maintain control of the email associated with the account.
Repeated or abnormal attempts may trigger temporary limitations or session invalidation.
- Never send your password through a public form.
- Report suspicious access promptly.
- Do not bypass rate limiting, authentication or origin controls.
Published content and holder responsibility
Profile holders choose the text, media, links and professional information they publish and must have the necessary rights.
MyProID provides a publishing and contact medium; publication is not certification or endorsement by the publisher.
- No impersonation or false professional claims.
- No unlawful, deceptive or third-party-infringing content.
- No malware, phishing or harmful redirections.
- No abusive data collection or spam infrastructure.
Contact details, links, booking and vCard
Some contact details may be revealed after an explicit visitor action depending on profile settings.
External links and booking services remain governed by their own operators. QR and vCard sharing do not certify identity or professional status.
Abuse, automation and security
Do not attack, disrupt, aggressively scan, bypass access controls, mass-extract data, test stolen credentials or automate actions beyond technical limits.
Responsible security research must avoid service degradation, data exposure or unauthorized access.
MyProID may limit, suspend or block actions that create risk for the service, a user or a third party.
Pricing, features and billing
Pricing distinguishes available features from items marked Coming soon. A future feature is not supplied until activated.
Automated billing is not presented as active in this version. When payments become available, payment, renewal, cancellation and any mandatory consumer information must be provided before purchase.
A displayed price, referral promise or partner program does not prove that an unimplemented payment flow is operational.
Referrals and partners
Referral and partner programs are progressively rolled out. Current pages identify elements that remain manual or unavailable.
A partner application does not automatically create entitlement to a commission, link or payment.
Availability, maintenance and backups
MyProID aims for a stable service without promising uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, hosting incidents or security measures can temporarily affect functions.
Users should retain copies of important information they publish. A vCard or profile URL is not a full account backup.
Suspension and termination
Profiles or accounts may be limited or suspended for security risk, infringement, breach of these terms or legal duties.
Closing an account does not necessarily remove data that must temporarily be retained for legal, dispute or security reasons.
Intellectual property
Users keep rights to their content and authorize the technical hosting, display, resizing and conversion needed to provide the profile.
MyProID interface, branding, code and proprietary content remain protected.
Liability and no excessive guarantees
MyProID is not a regulated identity-verification service or professional certification system. The publisher cannot guarantee user-provided content or external websites.
Security controls reduce risk but do not guarantee zero vulnerabilities, permanent availability or impossibility of loss. Mandatory legal rules remain applicable.
Applicable law and disputes
The service is published from France and French law is the reference framework, subject to mandatory rules applicable to users and consumers.
Prior contact is encouraged before formal dispute where appropriate.
Updates to these terms
Terms may change to reflect product, security, commercial or legal developments. The update date is displayed at the top.
Substantial contractual changes should be communicated appropriately before they take effect where required.
Complementary pages
Usage terms should be read with publisher and privacy information.
